My path began at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, working in theatres like the Young Vic. When funding cuts hit the industry, my career stalled and my perspective darkened. Life then stripped me to the bone: I faced the loss of my stillborn child at 26, and a motorbike accident at 30 that nearly cost me my leg. I spiralled into a downward depression and alcohol dependency. I was a man without an axis.

The turning point came over a decade ago through the music of Tool and the concept of Shadow Work. I stopped trying to 'fix' myself and started using ancient Archetypes and shadow work to integrate my experience. 2026, Primal Axis was born, I use Archetypal Analysis and Breath work to help others find their own centre.
